They were overwhelm in the rush hour around 10 am, some tables were dirty, I was patient waiting for my food, restaurant looks it has been remodel, looks nice, food was the same as another McDonald's

Oh my.. this location in beautiful. It's not located in the greatest location, but the owners did an amazing job with their curb appeal. While in drive through it is so scenic and peaceful. Love it, it's a nice way to feel like you're in a resort style restaurant. Thank you to the owner, great job on your business curb appeal. You got me as your customer now. Hands down amazing for a McDonald's.

I've only had breakfast at this location so I'm speaking in regards to the morning crew. They are AMAZING from when I place and order, pay and pick up my items every employee I have encountered has had great customer service. They get you in and out fast.

Even though this rate is truly dependent upon the youngest ( man-child). I've been there a couple of times , it's funny he's the only one who shows kindness. You're appreciated young man God knows

Food was cold when delivered to our table(kids were playing on the playground). They didn't bring the drinks or cups to us. I had to wait 15 plus minutes at the counter. Pretty much yelling to the back to have someone come to the front. There was a line out the door of angry customers that weren't being helped. The drink station was dirty and super wet. There was an unattended mop next to the drink station(violation). Hopefully they get it together the only reason it was worth staying was because the playground was clean.

Had a bit of a complication at first with sending my husband to pick up our food on the app. Cashier stated that they never received it and couldn’t make it because it’s breakfast. Was very frustrating because we ordered through the app and ordered before breakfast, and he was told that they could not make it. However , I followed up and called and spoke to Ms.Monica very OUTSTANDING resolution ! She was very empathetic about the situation, and acted fast with making it right. Really appreciate your patience understanding and taking your time to make it right, Thank you Monica

Place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was good too, and priced fairly. Wish the new basket combos came with a drink but for the price it's a good deal. Overall very satisfied with this McDonald's! Thanks and keep up the good work!
